March 17th, 2025
On Tuesday, March 18 at 12:30 p.m., the Minnesota Senate Housing Committee will hold a hearing on SF2423, the African American Workforce & Affordable Homeownership bill. This critical legislation, championed by Senate President Bobby Joe Champion, invests in closing Minnesota’s staggering racial homeownership gap and creates lasting pathways to generational wealth for Black Minnesotans.
Why This Matters
Minnesota has one of the worst homeownership disparities in the nation.
